Polish pretense - what's the deal?

We may be right Harry, round here just before Andrzejki the priests go into a flurry of activity, preaching hard about how bad Andrzejki is and how having your fortune read can lead to drugs?, murder? and general dissolution???. You see the Church is not afraid of Muslims, Scientologists, etc etc because they all require you to learn a new doctrine.....and people are lazy like that, can,t really be bothered......but they are terrified of something that might ridicule the church or allow the scales to fall from peoples eyes and let them see what a nonsense it all is.

no, the church was and is against all kind of magic, practiced seriously or just for fun,

I have asked teenagers in this village = girls 13-17 age group

Why only girls? Boys don't hang out in Malls in UK?

but in the meantime it keeps the Malls empty for people like me.

Ewww... You'd like to oogle teenage girls, wouldn't you? ;O

but they are terrified of something that might ridicule the church or allow the scales to fall from peoples eyes and let them see what a nonsense it all is.

lol
Did the men squatting in cirlces in the forest told you so? ;)
How on Earth Andrzejki can "ridicule" the Church and "allow the scales to fall from peoples eyes and let them see what a nonsense it all is"? Andrzejki is the eve of St. Andrew's Day. The priests may preach against it because Christians aren't supposed to practice any magic, fortune-telling or things of this sort.

I was once propositioned by a transvestite in the car park of the big galeria in Gdansk. It was bizarre, mind you he/she spoke very good English.

???more bile and insults? Perhaps your insults will stay on the forum and my reply will be deleted?....We mostly teach girls English, so that is the group I asked. You really are some strange people on here? (A kind of mis-placed patriotism....like the mother who can,t see the wrong in her murderous, insane son). And no we don,t see as many 'boys' in the Malls here, perhaps it is not a 'Boy' thing in this area....it is a really rural area and maybe the boys are brought up to squat in the forest drinking vodka instead??. I think the practitioners of magic have always been against the church and its teachings and probably the 'magic' priests tell all their children to 'stay away from those Catholic Churches...they are full of Paedophiles!!!....by the way did you hear the one in the news today about the Cardinal who says Paedophilia among priests should not be punished....poor men... it is not a crime..it is merely a sickness and they should be helped not punished. I,m willing to bet that whilst out there in civilisation people are horrified (Yes they already are)...here in Poland the reaction will be..."Hey...maybe he is right...got to protect our paedophile priests" The wind of change may be blowing at last and the end is in sight. The only Tranny I have seen in Poland is on Television in Government???

Just a statement of fact, it was bizarre. i'm not sure why you are so offended. Had it happened in london, i wouldn't have batted an eyelid. merely an observation, crikey.

You misunderstand...I am not offended......all I offered was fact......I see Trannies as a fact of life (even in the Polish Government - it had to come eventually).....like so many other things...maybe they are sent to test us? (seriously though I have no beef with trannies so long as they tell me from the outset....same as those 'ladyboy things' so long as they say what they are from 'the get go' I will have a drink with them, tell them a joke and send them on their way happy....it is when they tell me they are really a woman because they feel like one that I get annoyed.....sometimes I feel like a million dollars and then I look in my wallet and think nowhere near!! so I don,t go around telling people I am a millionaire. Ps. For Paulina....my wife read your post and was disgusted...I won,t tell you what she said about your lifestyle, but she basically said 'get a life'. (ps. she knows how hard it is to get a life in Poland, which is why she spent 30 years in civilisation).

???more bile and insults?

Wait a minute, so you can utter silly, ignorant and prejudiced misconceptions on this forum, and I can't? *tsk tsk* :)

Perhaps your insults will stay on the forum and my reply will be deleted?....

Well, your comment about Andrzejki isn't really on topic, is it? :)

We mostly teach girls English, so that is the group I asked. You really are some strange people on here?

You have no idea... There was this Scottish bloke, he was teaching English here in Poland and had a Polish wife. He would write all kinds of things about Polish women and girls on this forum... I didn't like him, there was something off about him, something sleazy. One could think that I didn't like him because of my "mis-placed patriotism" but some time later it turned out he was using teaching English to get to his female students...

Well, here in Poland the prime minister said that paedophiles should be castrated. Yes, you're right, some liberals and leftists were outraged by this statement :)

Ps. For Paulina....my wife read your post and was disgusted...

Good. Although I'd prefer if you were :)

I won,t tell you what she said about your lifestyle, but she basically said 'get a life'.

Oh, I'm sure the Scottish bloke's wife was saying all kinds of things about me too lol
Until... :)

(ps. she knows how hard it is to get a life

You know, in my opinion only boring people get bored :)

in Poland, which is why she spent 30 years in civilisation).

This comment really says something about you. Does your wife have similar opinion about her country of origin?

I have on this forum come up against some very sordid and nasty people, with very nasty opinions, I have not until now been tempted to ignore and neither shall I, but I am not going to continue this because we are most definitely not from the same culture and can not find a meeting of minds or beliefs, but I know from this that neither I nor my wife ever want to meet people like you and we are lucky that we can choose our friends. This exchange has made me think seriously about never coming on this forum again. In conclusion I simply shake my head and think what the hell am I doing in this place of savages.....but you are not all of the people here, so I shall look in from time to time. You have virtually accused me on a written page without any evidence and by dint of my being English??? of using teaching and friendship to molest children??? if the moderators can,t see that your actions should be discouraged in the strongest terms then this forum is not a place for me.

Oh, and vice versa, believe me :)))

and we are lucky that we can choose our friends.

What are you on about? I don't want to be your friend lol

You have virtually accused me on a written page without any evidence and by dint of my being English??? of using teaching and friendship to molest children???

xD
Oh dear, you are clueless, as always lol

this forum is not a place for me

Oh no, PF is a perfect place for such "civilised" people like you :)))
