Poles against gay marriages. Really?

Say for instance someone decided that Gay genes were not allowed.

If sarcasm could drip, my desk would be wet.

Say for instance someone decided that Gay genes were not allowed.

That's a good question...do gay genes truly exist?

But yes, some of mankinds best and brightest had been handicapped (not gay) in one way or another...otherwise you don't know how many David Bowies and Alan Turings we have lost already to hereditary sickness and genetic diseases.

*goes to think about it some more*

I hope it would just be sweat, beware denial can manifest itself in some very strange ways

Didn't some American guy treating gays just come out of the closet?

But as to Poland only a moron wouldn't notice that the approach to homosexuals and legal rights for those couples is changing. More and more ppl see it as something that should be done and even more as something they wouldn't actively object.

Over a decade ago I had a lesbian couple at schol and noone gave them grief. Not students and not the staff. At least not openly. It was a bit of a shock at first but everybody just got over it. What was going on in secret or when they were walking alone in the evening is a different matter probably

It's definitely changing, even in smaller towns.

"Is homosexuality a congenital disease", as some have suggested?

No more or no less than Nazism, Communism as well as nearly a dozen or so other "-isms" out there!
All depends on whom you ask:-)

No it's not if you dare touch a bloke on the shoulder or god forbid hug him you might get thumped but at a minimum think you are gay for sure.

This was an interesting lesson (amongst many others) , I learned when I came to my small town, but this doesn't apply to the intelligentsia of course I can hug them freestyle.

If Poland embraces homosexuality the nation will fall.

I see. What do you propose to do with gays? An average estimate is that 3% population is gay. In Poland it is roughly 1 million people.

Over a decade ago I had a lesbian couple at school and none gave them grief.

A decade later, so many girls are confused about their gender, lope off their healthy breasts, get shots and think that this made them men. Later, they suffer terrible health problems because they feminine bodies were never designed to take the abuse and the chemicals. All of this bulls*** started with a mind boggling idea that gender does not matter and that women are like men. Only statistically weaker.

The problem with the current gay crap and their "marriage" is that nobody knows the end game. What worked for 10,000 years is now summarily dismissed as not "progressive" enough. Another problem: those idiots in government who make such social changes possible will never be held responsible for the consequences of their actions.

What do you propose to do with gays?

We don't have to do anything. We, also, don't have to give them any benefits as we don't now give any to two hetero guys sharing an apartment.

Strangely, after one of the roommates inserts his penis into the other guy's rectum, now, according to you, we are required to do something.

Bottom line question: If the gay "marriage" excluded all financial benefits, would they really want to be "married"?

. What worked for 10,000 years is now summarily dismissed as not "progressive" enough.

Especially things which happen to gays in some countries are not progressive enough:
China - electric shocks
theguardian.com/tv-and-radio/2015/oct/10/unreported-world-chinas-gay-shock-therapy-review-channel-4

Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Nigeria and a few others - death penalty
theguardian.com/world/2011/sep/07/iran-executes-men-homosexuality-charges

That`s roughly over 2 billion people. I already suggested you stop sticking to your narrow perspective.

Bottom line question:

Now i'm feeling the sarcasm.

Hey Rich do you have a hatred of gays as opposed to just not accepting the gay phenomena.
Rich Mazur  4 | 2894

Or the US, where sticking a penis into a 15-year-old vagina will get you a nice stretch where some bad dudes will be drooling for you to convey the message that doing this to a girl like that is a big no-no even is she says yes-yes. That was just an example to show that even modern societies have their prohibitions. So, Pakistan, SA, Iran and Nigeria have theirs. Tough. We have ours as I just demonstrated. Don't like it? Tough s***.

Of course, according to some, that is not "progressive", so let's dispose of that fossil we call statutory rape since, from the biological point of view, she is a woman, isn't she?

Again, being a classical liberal, you did a splendid switch from my "no financial benefits" to "electric shocks". Like where the f*** did I ever advocate torture? Never? So, why did you bring it up if not to switch, evade, obfuscate, and deflect?

"Hey Rich do you have a hatred of gays as opposed to just not accepting the gay phenomena."

Absolutely not. I just don't see any social need to elevate mental disorder to the level of civil rights and "normal" . It's not "normal".

One interesting observation is that the conservative, tradition-oriented posters here suffer from a quite narrowed perception of things around them. Is it somehow connected with their inclination to put limits and restrictions on other people? And as a result, they seem to also limit themselves in discerning all possibilities that life may offer.

I have noticed it a few times in this thread, here is another.

liberals say

Have you ever thought that tolerance and acceptance doesn`t necessarily mean one is liberal? How about a true Christian who really wants to follow a few wise pieces of advice?

E.g.,
A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.
Let the one among you who is without sin be the first to cast a stone.

etc

Spot on.People assume that when some of us say we don't believe in Gay rights that we hate Gays.
Not true,no hatred,we just don't see why they should be given any preferential treatment because of their sexual tastes.

It has already been said that it is enough to give them equal treatment. Preferential isn`t necessary.

I didn`t make any switch. You said:

What worked for 10,000 years is now summarily dismissed as not "progressive" enough.

so I gave you examples how it still works in some countries where gays are persecuted and executed.

That is fine.
So why would you treat two gay guys living together differently to two straight guys living together?
Why give them the financial advantages of marriage for example?

Equating the US law on sex with an underage person with death penalty for adult gay sex isn`t the wisest thing to do.

What is not the wisest thing is me wasting more time. Liberals are beyond repair. The problem is that in the meantime they can drive good people insane.

Or drive good people to move to Poland. Whatever the Poles' attitudes are on that and other subjects, they can't be anywhere near as bad as in Germany.

Swearing usually suggests one is running out of reasonable arguments.

For the record: I never lost an argument. In "America", f*** is typically meant to show frustration after ALL reasonable means, like logic and facts, have failed, as they always do when dealing with liberals.

If we were in the court of law, I would have this argument nailed to wall right along with you in a matter of minutes, because, there, you would be compelled to answer as asked or risk contempt.

Just to show you what a nice guy I am, I will concede that you are a class guy. We just see the world differently. Nothing personal. Take care.

Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Nigeria and a few others - death penalty

Well I give them props for at least figuring that out by themselves. And I bet they have absolutely no teachers pushing LGBT crap onto kids or pride parades or drag queens reading to children in public libraries nor freaks demanding more rights (even though they already have more rights than the average hetero citizen in the west). I might just move to Iran and go back to being a commodity broker...

As I have loved you, so you must love one another.Let the one among you who is without sin be the first to cast a stone.

Thou shalt not lie with man as with woman...

Like I said, I'm pro LGBT - Let God Burn Them!
