It is called CLIR(Calling Line Identification Restriction) And if you ask some pole to help you to activate it, they will be able to do that. It is free in most of polish providers.

it should be some kind of small code that you put in front of the number you call, and your identitity will be protected,
because CLIR will make ALL your calls to be hidden forever, not just one call

With holding a number barely depends on your network provider. codes are used to get your line secure from unwanted calls.
