Oh i forgot to add to my list Vibovit vanilla taste. It was a vitamin diet supplement for kids. It was a powder for melting in water... but me and my bro like it more... raw. We were eating this powder dry and the whole box at once... it always drove our mom nuts! ;D

Did you have cola in plastic bags for 50 gr in your schools?

OK but in which way is it different to the "swieże mleko" I buy in bottles (and which stays good for like max. 2 weeks) ?

I guess you don't need to boil świerze mleko... actually I don't know what's better and why. My mom buy it so i ask her when I see her.

I remember when you went to a restaurant, all dishes were mentioned on the menu with their weigth - for example "pstrąg - 200 gr"

I was always wondering how they measured that :)

But I'm sure there was no fizz in it? (forgot the name of the gas that makes it fizzy) Otherwise the bag would explode :)

what about this:

I don't belive no one mentioned it yet! My bro had a cassete player. I remember when we were loading the games and that red-black stripped screen ;) And I was only 3-6 years old.

Later around 1993/94 we had our first IBM PC with the famous blue screen Norton Commander ;)

My and my brother's first computer! :D
Bought for money from my First Communion ;D

I was older then ;) We had to adjust the game by turning a little screwdriver in a hole - that was a pain ;O

Did you guys have the ZX Spectrum 48? The Commodore 64 was better. An Amiga was for richer people in Scotland.

It was used to adjust those red-black stripes on the screen so you could play a game xD I'm not sure how it worked ;) Some kind of magic, I guess :P

I do not think Commodore was typical Polish :) In Belgium we also used to have them...
What about the mobile stalls where you could buy soda drinks... well before my time...
Was it "drinkable" ?

Komputer ZX Spectrum został wykorzystany w filmie "Seksmisja". Użyto go przy montażu efektów specjalnych.

It was used in Sex Mission? Surely not! ;) I remember playing all kinds of good games on it, though. I think the name was Gauntlet. I waited forever in Inverness until I returned to Aberdeen to play it. It was fun :) Daley's Decathlon too
