I am soon moving to poland.I am a software engineer and it will be great help if someone tell me the dress code for girls in IT industry .

Depends on the company. At some even using soap is seemingly optional, in others its business causal (i.e. no jeans, shirt with a collar, etc). I don't know of any where suits are required (except maybe when selling to clients).

Why not just email HR and ask them?

I know of a couple. Neither of them pleasant places to work.

This is standard. I'd add that people generally make quite an effort here.

Some are more casual, some are less. First impressions do count a lot here and it pays to dress as if for an interview on your first day here.
