What is normal for the contract ro look like? Is it normal for it to mention a fee if you decide to wuit the company or leave abrubtly to another country, and would they really be able to go after you for damages up to thst contract in Poland even though you are the one seeking work and may not have any funds to pay these damages to begin with? Also, if you leave to another country can they make you pay damages abroad or force you to come to court? Also, if you steal a client and get paid directly is this something thry could get you for and again how would a dourt in Poland force you to pay if you are out of work and rely on family funds?

The bailiffs are happy to wait until you've got some income/assets.
