The Samaritans UK numbers work from Poland and you can also go to their website and contact someone who wants to help you way. I think they do Skype too.

If as Jon357 says in the post above yours, that the UK Samaritans phone number works from Poland, then the number to call is ( +44 ) 116 123.

There is also a link through the Samaritans website to Befrienders Worldwide who have international centres and help people requiring emotional support. There is a centre in Poland if you click on the link to country, and a phone number is provided. Unfortunately, I really don't know if they will have anyone there who speaks English or not, but worth a try.
