Poland is safe to visit - "Daily Mail"

With a view to Britons planning their summer vacations this year Britain's "Daily Mail" has included Poland on a relatively short list of European countries rregarded as relatively safe from terrorist attacks. The paper quoted a recent British Foreign Office report saying that in Poland "there is a low threat from terrorism, but you should be aware of the global risk of indiscriminate terrorist attacks which could be in public places, including in places frequented by expatriates and foreign travellers." Besides Poland, the handful of countries considered relatively safe include Slovenia, Lichtenstein, Malta and Iceland. Terrorist threats have been more likely in countries which have accepted a significant number of Muslim refugees and/or already have sizable Muslim minorities.

Good point. Fortunately Poland is very safe because it didnt accepted muslim refugees. Few weeks ago my ex-boss was robbed and beaten by two ******* arabic speaking guys and a woman in hijab in Athens.

The kind of thing that until now never would happen in Poland.

Hmm... a correlation between high Muslim populations and terrorist threats? Never!!

Daily Mail's timeline of shame

Even though most of these are taken way out of context, I don't see a big problem with calling someone a pansy and stating that a sex worker made the choice to expose herself to a world of criminals, drugs, STDs, and all sorts of other nasty things. Also, talcum powder has been shown to cause cancer and there is talc that contains asbestos as well as asbestos free talc. Furthermore, Dr. Andrew Wakefield was a specialist in gastrology and a medical researcher.. We need more people in groups like Pegida fighting for a white Christian Europe - not less... and we certainly don't need groups like the EDL who are covertly funded by and merely doing the work of Zionists, the natural enemies of Arabs..

Also, it's a known fact at least here in the US that the Hasidic Jews - especially those on the East Coast are notorious for being involved in underage sexual abuse and pedophilia. There was even one case where a bunch of Hasidic Rabbis got caught with running an organ trafficking ring worth tens of millions of dollars - their sentences? 2 years...

Daily Mail's timeline of shame

If we only relied on sources such as CNN/BBC, we would receive information months later if at all. Daily Mil might jump the gun too early but they are a crucial part of journalism. They hold mainstream outlets accountable to report controversial stories

CNN/BBC, we would receive information months later if at all.

...as well as highly biased and skewed to fit one groups' agendas.

Daily Mil

Thank goodness there are so many independent media outlets. More and more people are starting to listen to these smaller news outlets because they've realized that the large media corporations are very biased, tell half truths, and in many cases will totally ignore stories - like the ones regarding sexual assault cases and statistics in certain European countries. Certain media outlets are so liberal they won't even attribute a person to a specific country, race, etc. - but they'll break their own rules if the individual is a white Europeans (i.e. certain media outlets and police reports in Sweden).

The Daily Mail is not "independent" in any sense of the word, and it's one of the biggest internet media outlets in the world.

Don't waste your breath Delph. When I was 21 and didn't know better, I used to buy the Mail, and the two posters are clearly immature themselves for believing in this tabloid racist bile.

tabloid racist bile.

Care to tell us what's racist in this particular article or the word "racist" is your automatic response to someone who disagrees with you?

Care to tell us what's racist in this particular article

I was referring to the publication, it's "journalists" and its' editorial. Everybody knows what to expect from the Mail - and it panders to the worst in all of us.

In my opinion - shared by countless millions.

They sure are, they're the side you don't want to be on.
To me, if you're a fan of the Daily Mail then I know that I don't want you in my life coz you're probably an insufferable geebag

Everybody knows what to expect from the Mail - and it panders to the worst in all of us.

Exactly, it's a rag for social retards

yes Smurf, using the word 'retard' is way worse than reading the Daily Mule.
Personally I read it every day - it's important to know what you are up against.
Plus they have some interesting articles about abandoned buildings and so on..., as well as great telly pages (according to my mother when I used to give her a hard time about reading it - but I have grown up since then)

A lot of people read it just like they do the intolerant Guardian with its self righteous lefty finger pointing.

If you get your view of world events from one source then that goes to show how narrow minder you truly are.

exactly tictactoe - sometimes the Guardian makes me feel faintly nauseous.

Terrorist threats have been more likely in countries which have accepted a significant number of Muslim refugees and/or already have sizable Muslim minorities

or another way of putting that could be 'terrorist threats are more likely in countries which have a colonial background'. Think about it....France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, UK., Netherlands....all of these countries raped, pillaged and murdered on a global scale.

its self righteous lefty finger pointing

Ah - the Guardian.... Self righteous?

Like with Wikileaks you mean? Investigating the Edward Snowden whistleblowing and persuading him that he must go public? Investigating the Hillsborough cover-up . The Guardian followed this needless tragedy incessantly - and one of their top journos is personally responsible for helping to defeat the establishment of the day and the police perjury of the last 27 years - and you call it self-righteous?

In the meantime the Mail "exposes" 19 year old Bradford muslims as being drunk on the street....

Pray do tell us which is more of social import?

You are obviously clueless.

PS The point being - we do not need Katie whoever, to tell us that Poland is safe to visit. Most of us have a brain cell in our bodies (though obviously not Mail readers.....)

you see Doug, it is that kind of silly superior attitude that puts people off leftie types and Guardian readers like yourself.
Yes I have many brain cells thank you, my choice of reading material does not affect that.

As far as I'm concerned all newspapers are shyte.
All are biased, all are under the influence of advertisers and/or owners.
For instance, look how the UK Times and the Sun didn't cover Hillsborough this week. Why?
Rupert f!ckin Murdoch that's why, plus we all know what the S(c)um did following Hillsborough.

The only things you can trust in newspapers are the date and the sports results...and the death notices if it's a local paper

I don't read newspapers and the sooner the whole industry dies the better we'll all be

I am a Muslim and those are criminals, they do not represent Islam , they are far from the teachings of Islam, which forbids the killing of the human .

They distorted the image of Muslims everywhere .

We also hate them they are killing Muslims and others must all stand against them

And What do you call what is happening in Burma
What do you call what happened in Hiroshima and Nagasaki
All of these actions done by
Jewish people
Christians
Buddhists

Why did not accuse them of terrorism ?

British lads craping on toilets floor in Krakows restaurants.:

If you're going to link to reports, you could at least truthfully write what was written in the link you provided.
The man concerned walked into a bar to use the toilet, not a restaurant, in Kraków, and walked out again when he saw the toilet was covered in faeces.

He and his group left the bar, and were followed by the bar owner and a female worker who threw chemicals in his face, mistakenly thinking that he had left the toilet in that state.

mistakenly thinking that he had left the toilet in that state.

That is what he claims, but the police report in Poland has that incident noted in April and in the restaurant. Anyway if you read what his brother say in the paper closely - it must be said that his version sound illogical and if something doesn't make sense it is most likely not true.

yea..there are reports that those lads were drunk and were smashing this place,
its interesting to note what he said "i will never drink ever again"
why would he said that if he didnt do anything wrong ?
notheless.it was vicious attack, and this girl deserve prison sentence.
