Because the insular history most Parishes probably are made up of local population?
But if say myself, moves to Poland... how big is the difference between Polish RC and regular(vatican)and Latino RC?

Do they require many classes to join the new parish or require documents from your baptismal church to ensure your ^_^ "catholicness".
How much of the service is Latin as opposed to Polish?

If married in RC church in US, would Polish RCC require remarriage?

There is plenty of time before I would find myself living in Poland. But I always like pre-planning so I have more than one avenue to take.

in an aside:
His family and mine (..and me) are more traditional than he personally is. He attends few services. Not for lack of faith but for scheduling and studies for his degree.

There is no difference. There is only one Roman Catholic Church, and its head is the Pope in Rome (the Vatican).

It's all in Polish.

This is gonna be guesswork (sorry) but AFAIK you would only need a sworn translation of your marriage certificate. The same goes for baptism, confirmation, and any other sacraments.

Actually there is an Old-catholic church in Poland not affiliated at all with the Vatican. Utrecht Union. Not very many practice it though. Some Polish bishop is the leader.

It's called the Polish Catholic Church

So not Roman Catholic then. The OP and myself were hopefully both talking of the Roman Catholic church.

No, not really.

How much of the service is Latin as opposed to Polish?

Service in Latin is available only in few churches for those who want.

If married in RC church in US, would Polish RCC require remarriage?

No!
