Pay as you go sim working in Poland?

Another question...i need quick answer for please.
My mobile not working here...it has picked up ERA here.
Can i buy a pay as u go simcard here, top it up and use straight away. Im alone at the moment and want to text Boyfriends mum here in poland.

If yes where can i get one as i want it now...tesco?

Yes , of course you can , you can get a Heya , plus gsm , or silmilar sim card from all kinds of shops , supermarkets and such places...

You may need the help of a Polish person to buy one and poke all the correct buttons to make it work....

Right im off to Tesco now to go get one...Im sure if i flutter my eyes at the Tech man in there or look all flummoxed he will help me....I have noticed this the last few days..if i look like a damsel in distress the polish men help me lol
