Poland needs more immigrants and their children - which nationalities are the best?

Why not to compare US to Japan or South Korea who have no permanent immigrants at all?Do they loose economic and escpecially manufacturing race to US?

If one wants to join some elite club, he must be held to higher standards, then the ones being members by the privilige of birth.

It doesn't matter what nationalities. First of all, more Poles should be interested in different culture. To be interested in different culture, they ought to have a little command of English. I think 90% of immigrants in Poland speak English yet there are just few Poles that speak English. Needless to say all immigrants should learn Polish language but it's not as easy as English. Poland education system embarked on utilizing English as a compulsory subject just years ago. Before that, Russian language was as the second language which is still the second most spoken language is Poland (that's what I heard).

English education is the first subject for Poland to be diverse I reckon.

Firstly they need to know and respect their own culture.

Considering that millions of Poles have migrated to many other countries (each with distinctive languages and unique cultures) I think it shows that there are lots of Poles (from generation to generation) who are interested in other cultures to the point of immersing themselves in them.

Socialists think they can explain racial differences using social standing and economics though there's obvious evidence to the contrary: asians coming from poor countries like China do MUCH better in fields like science and computer programming than blacks who were born in the USA. Damn I don't think I ever met a single computer programmer in my life who had a single drop of african blood while I've seen plenty of people coming from eastern asian countries as poor if not poorer than black-dominated places of the USA like Louisiana.

Which nationalities are the best?

Polish-English children rock, as far as I can see. They are bright, beautiful and strong. I have two of them. Good gene mix.

Having said that, I am a mix ... English, Welsh, Scottish. A true Brit! Green eyes, wide cheekbones, blondness ... it goes well with the Polish fire. My kids are stronger than me, and take no prisoners. I like that about them. They don't mess around.

I think that Brits coming into Poland are a good thing. We are more flexible, responsive, open-minded and warm than any other Europeans I can think of ... we are not so stuck in our ways. We are open to propositions. Which makes us good chameleons abroad. We've always been good at going native : )

Because to have right to work and live permanently in UK, you better need to have EU

My workmate, a teacher of Polish, emigrated to Norway with her husband and son a few months ago. The man works, the child goes to primary school, she learns Norwegian. They rent a flat, bought a car. Pity that Poland lost such intelligent people but I cannot blame her for that decision. Making a living from teaching is getting more and more difficult in Poland.


I thought about it many times and arrived at certain conclusion. Later I read the same in an expert`s article. The idea is that no matter how much money is spent on sponsoring people`s procreation in Poland, they will never fulfill the expectations. Developed societies tend to have one child, max. two, per marriage/partnership, that`s all.

Only immigrants can save us.
