A shame a lot of people like you who believe the crap we read/hear from "our" media and spread wrong information and hatred. You are sick "sanjose1900" and ignorant of world affairs. Screw the media and the politicians, try to live in peace and harmony with all. I'm having a wonderful time with people who are interested in my world living in multi cultural country. The locals are having a great time with the "foreigners". I actually thought this would be the case as it has always been my experience.

Get educated sanjose1900 and leave in peace and harmony forget this nonsense hatred u learn from cnn

I can recommend Indonesia. Great, open, smiling people. I would like more of them in Poland, why not.

recommend Indonesia.

You mean the place where three churches were blown up by suicide bombers in May this year(not for the first time), and attacks on non Muslims is commonplace.

Also a place where Christians and Muslims live in segregated areas.

Sorry we don't want this division in Poland, we want to live as one people and go where we want without fear of persecution.

How many?

If all humans are equal, why do all people want to go to white countries?

Good question deserving an answer: all people want to go to white countries because white race is superior to all other races.

@dolnoslask
You know Indonesia only from TV news. I can tell from my own experience. And I lived also in the strict Muslim area - Aceh. Never met more friendly people.

Of course bandits are everywhere, Poland included.

@Rich Mazur
Don't worry. The Indonesian people won't come here in masses. They live in their own paradice place, and Poland isn't any dream country for them.

Isn't it amazing how talking bs is easy but answering a simple question like how many is not?

You were smart to duck because you knew what was going to be my next question. Check and mate.

BTW, the how many question is how I win with liberals every single time, regardless of the subject - like illegals, gays, abortions, etc.

I could ask how many killings here and there under the influence of alcohol. But it's not the point. We just cannot put the equal sign between Muslim and crime.

Why would you ask it? You would compare apples and oranges - one has nothing to do with the other.

We just cannot put the equal sign between Muslim and crime.@ Looker

We can put Islam and terrorist suicide attacks in the same bag.

I was just talking about Indonesia, which as you know has both Christians and Muslims, so no mention from me crime=Muslims, but to be honest very time I hear about terrorist attacks I think Muslims straight away, I guess its the times we live in today.

If you Ignore crime you have to admit, Islam is not compatible with life in Poland, in fact there are a great many things in Poland that are haram and the punishment would be most severe in a Islamic country.

I don't understand why a Muslim would wish to live and bring up children in such an environment, I certainly would not live in a Islamic country because it would not be compatible with my way of life, In fact I would either be severely punished or worse.

No, but if muslim migrants (and their descendents) are over-represented in crime statistics in Europe (which.... they are when statistics are made available) then that should probably inform migration policy.

f muslim migrants

I also think things should be equal when it comes to migration, Poles should be equally free to migrate and live freely in Islamic countries on a reciprocal basis.

Which for me is as follows:-

Going to church.
Denying the existence of god.
Drinking alcohol
Smoking
Eating Pork
Identifying as gay lesbian or whatever i wish
Fornicating or adultery if I wish.
Accusing the people in power of being wrong.
My wife can wear what she wants when she goes shopping (But respecting places of worship)

Not paying additional tax because of my above traits.

Hmm sure there is more.

Mercifully very few. One of them is at Wiertnicza 30 in Warsaw.

Hmm sure there is more.

No playing musical instruments in public
No being able to sit next to your wife at a soccer game or other event
Having people tell you when to fast and when to eat (ramadumb) and when to pray
Separate shopping hours for men and women
Religious or political satire

Oh and forget ever flirting with the opposite sex basically anywhere

And I'm sure there's more...

But atleast you could have up to 4 wives.... and you can have a few aks and rpgs at home in many Muslim countries without anyone batting an eye. So there are some pros...

My go to site for questions about (Sunni) Islam is

islamqa.info/en

this is not any kind of weird marginal interpretation but was founded by a revered Salafi theologian and is the most popular such site in the Sunni (or at least Arab sunni) world. They meticulously document every one of their answers with numerous citations from the koran and hadith.

It's relevant because over the last 40 years sunnis all over the world (from Morocco to Indonesia) have been abandoning milder local versions of islam and gravitating towards the islam of that site

they are clear that muslims are required (as much as they can) to make non-muslims follow islamic practices

An alcohol free area in Poland can be very difficult to find mate. I doubt if such a place exists here.

I doubt many Poles would ever want an alcohol free zone either.

Could you imagine them trying to take over a section of Poland like they did in Paris or Londionstan? Yeah, that aint happening!!

I have a vague memory of them banning booze sales for a few days when the Pope came - about 10 years ago so don't think it was JP II

That happened a couple of times. Once they banned ceam cakes during his visit. They also banned ads for tampons, in case he fainted if he found out that women menstruate.

Jon! Hello! Nice to see you in the virtual sense :)) Mr Atch says they banned the sale of loo paper during JPII's visit.

Not much logic in banning that, or the sanitary products or the booze. The cream cakes were due to a heatwave and a risk of mass food poisoning apparently.
