I would make better roads, better public transport, great cyckling paths à la Netherlands, much more highways...but above all...I would make this beautiful, hot & sunny weather last all year long

I most certainly wouldn't. I dunno about other parts of Poland but it's FAR too dry here. There's a storm at the moment which will hopefully sweep it away once and for all.

well after laying dormant for 3 years I would like to add to this post maybe shops could keep the fridges plugged in over night or just switch them on warm or room temperature beer is a sin and should never be tolerated
