Immigration from Scotland to Poland

Hello,

My boyfriend and I are hoping to move to Poland in which he is a citizen by decent. We eventually want to move to Scotland and I was wondering

1. How would I go about moving to Poland with him? Will they allow a temporary residence permit?
2. Is he able to work in the UK (Scotland) without a work permit, as an EU citizen?
3. Would I be eligible to also work in the UK with a the temporary resident permit from Poland or can I apply for the Tier 2 (General) Visa as a dependent?

Thank you in advance :)

Thank you for your response. If we end up getting married is that enough to allow temporary resident permit? I am also considering studying in Poland for my Masters.
