What kind of channels you can get on Polish freeview? Before i move to the country i was considering purchasing one of those usb digital tuners for my laptop and was wondering if it'll actually be worth it.

Do any of the channels show football?

Merged: Polish free satelite channels in Greece

I am in Greece I just installed a new dish (cause the old one was trashed several years ago)

I can view some church channels but the Polish channels say no signal. Also BBC world and some really known also have no signal.

I want to ask if anyone knows if something changed in the channels

for example changed from analog to digital so, do I need another sat receiver? did some change of technology happen in the last couple of years?

or if not, then maybe its the settings in the sat receiver. Anyone knows what settings I need for most channels and polish channels?

It was long ago since I last installed Sat TV, but I remember that most Polish FTA channels are on HotBird satellite - here is the link with detailed parameters (hopefully updated):

yes I got it set to hotbird.
thanks for the link, found a piece of information that enabled some of the channels. it says 3/4 and my receiver was set in 2/4, so with 3/4 some Polish work thanks!
