Why foreigners in Poland do not respect Poland's culture and traditions?

Check definitions of traditions or culture and proceed from there. Remember that even if there are difference in opinion about something you shouldn't take sides as you being foreigner don't fully understand what it all about. That would make your choices ill informed. Just be respectful and not judgmental and will be fine. I think that you are only poster that posted on topic. Respect.

I disagree I still have a viewpoint and if I feel I want to air that viewpoint I would. If someone expects me to respect their viewpoint then surely they should also respect mine? With specifics though it difficult to understand what you are trying to say. For instance I remember reading sometime ago about a teacher asking pupils to lick cream of his knees because it was tradition, am I supposed to not say anything and allow my child to do that?

Your memory is faulty; it was actually a priest who was demanding that children lick cream off his knees (and it wasn't cream but actually shaving foam).

ok, don`t listen then. That radio station is just one of many radios in Poland. Some Poles for sure listening some other radio, some don`t listen radio at all.

I think they respect :) Especially students learn Polish and respect culture and traditions.

It is well-documented that most foreigners, or immigrants for that matter, are always more susceptible to the host culture than vice versa. Actually, you'll find loads of research on this exact topic. On the contrary, it could be that a perceived hostility and aggression towards immigrants may develop into inwardness in the newcomers.

Few thoughts

- American opinions don't matter because most don't respect much of anything Non-American

- Poland doesn't have the rich or historical history as Western Europe. Few reasons for that. Firstly it was much easier to fend off outside attackers positioned in the West and Poland did not colonize or enslave. So today we aren't as respected or as wealthy but we aren't over run by 3rd World immigrants either.

Most Americans ignore the fact that the overwhelming portion of their success is based on foreign minds & backs. Instead they think if they were around throughout history they would have even more international influence than today. Truth is with all the resources, intelligent/drive/hard working immigrants, cheap labor AND two huge bodies of water protecting their butts.....American dominance lasted from 1950 to 2000. It's quite embarrassing to be honest.

Again, your source of information is biased, or you hang around really stupid people. Most Americans are well aware of foreigners' contributions. They are also fiercely proud of their origins, (well, maybe not all Poles), and they covet European design, Asian food, Spanish dance, etc, etc..

The only thing they're sure they are best at, is making war. And there, they're right.

Can someone please explain to me how a foreigner might be disrespectful to polish culture and traditions ?
