I would like to see an increase of enforcement by the Polish authorities regarding drivers and the use of their mobile phones whilst driving.
It's illegal in Poland, but they still risk it. Selfishness is part of the driving culture.
Speeding too - a kind of
sarmacka fantazja thing. Definitely not clever, and frankly self-destructive, but still they do it.

Speeding fines are no problem, just hand the cop 100zl with you license and problem disappears
