How would I describe Poland in 2010?

People seems to be confused and they are trying to find solutions. They come back to Sarmatic style of thinking which hardly allows to go further and concentrates on emotions, fight, than being tired and fighting again in the name of being heroes of a Polish land.

As a country moving forward in areas that others are moving backwards in.

I see Poland improving, and going towards the right direction. However, they still have some problems to fix along the way. Salaries and infrastructure are one of the problems.

How would you describe Poland in 2010?

Poland is now a country of two halves, those that yearn for the past and those that hope for the future. While walking next to the presidential palace about two weeks ago I witnessed two people arguing about the cross, one was a elderly man maybe close to 70 who was speaking in normal composed manner, the second was a women in her early thirties who was constantly butting into his conversation, every time she did a crowd behind her started clapping. The TVN cameras were on it too. I could not help but think, that we now live in such a divided country, were one half are looking for a voice and the other half are playing up to their fives minutes of fame.

Poland always loses because it lacks the bigger perspective the Russians have.Opportunism is not good.The only proven successful road is germanization and Poles are unfit for that so they will remain in sub condition.

Road to where ? Why germanization, not anglization ?
