Collection and delivery laundry service in Poland?

All,

Forgive my stupidity / if ever my ignorance. I know the flat I will be living in will come with a washer but not a dryer (probably quite normal). I'm assuming there will be a clothesline in the bathroom. Please let me know if I'm on point with this.

Is there a pickup and delivery laundry service similar to other international cities where they wash fold and press?

Assuming it's Warsaw (a big assumption, I know) I can strongly recommend these. They're mainly a commercial one but will collect from a domestic customer if the address isn't too far away from their other clients. They are good and I've used them for years, mostly but not only for dry cleaning.

Is it still allowed to dry washed clothed on balconies? I guess it is as long as you don't hang them in public places (there's a benefit to live on a high floor ;).
