ATM's in Poland with Euro withdrawal facility?

Hello,

Do anyone know if there are ATM's in Poland existing where you can take EURO instead of Zltoy?
I got a German bank account and I would like to withdraw some money before I will go for holidays to France.

There's one at the airport and the station and a few round town (assuming you're in Warsaw). You'd get a better rate just using the ATM when you get to France.

I agree, ATMs with euro will have extra fee, as euro is not Polish currency and they must earn somehow for themselves. Especially at the airport it must be expensive.

The Withdrawals is executed free of charge by Euronet 360 FINANCE Limited (E360F) with its registered seat in London and it is available only for cards issued in Poland to accounts in PLN. The card issuer may charge fees for withdrawals executed through E360F, especially in the case of cards assigned to accounts in currencies different than PLN. Upon withdrawal floating exchange rate set by E360F is applicable to each withdrawal individually without it being possible to raise any claims against the card issuer and the payment organisation under whose auspices the card has been issued. An exchange rate is displayed upon choosing the withdrawal amount. The regulations are available on the screen and the website: euronetpolska.pl

In a way yes. It's the very poor exchange rate that some ATMs give - not a fee as far as I remember but may as well be since you lose out either way. Those Euro machines are not a good option - there are really two things the OP can do: withdraw money the way she normally does and change at a kantor or just use her card in France. Both have advantages and disadvantages however the second seems easier.

Merged: ATM machines which dispense Euros in Poland?

I have a forex corporate card and need to dispense EURO and can anyone assist me where I can find an ATM which dispenses euros and with less deduction rate. I know about Euronet ATM however heard that it has high deduction rate. Would be looking forward for your comments. Thanks

Hello there, My son will be traveling to Poland at the end of August we live in New Zeland and have an ANZ Bank account.....So can anyone tell me will my ANZ Visa Debit card work in the machines in plock, Poland?

And if so, what will the machines charge for withdrawals?

Or is there some better option that I haven't found yet?

Yes the card can be used in any ATM which has the Visa symbol which pretty much all of them do. As to charges you need to check with your bank as it can vary. Oh by the way it's often best to inform your bank that you will be going abroad and making withdrawals as otherwise they may block the card for security reasons, thinking it's been stolen.

Hello my husband has travel wallet loaded with euros, we would like to draw euros in poland,but for now we cannot find where to do it. If we would draw zloty from his card we would get 3.8 converting rate and it's so low, we would loose a lot of money. Does anyone know of we can draw euros from his account in.poland? Or maybe we should.rather go to Germany and try there? Thank you very much!

Yes, however the rate is often converted to pln then back to Europe, so a double loss. Best to do in Germany.

A tip is to use MasterCard rather than Visa. The rate is almost always better.

Hi Dallas, as a New Zealander we used our ANZ cards in Poland at numerous ATMs. The currency conversion rates we found reasonable. ANZ charge a NZD $5.00 fee for every time you withdraw cash, so it's best to withdraw more cash less frequently (I think it's still the same charge at any ATM outside NZ). Most places in Poland also take Visa services so contactless payments using your card will be fine, although each or these will have a small currency conversion charge.
