Fair enough. Us? I don't get it. Poles are a mixed bunch, u have this romantic vision of a homogeneous Poland but, as Poles travel more and more, so mindsets will begin to change. U don't speak for the majority
Polish people and racism.
Us who? You speak for PL and all the Poles in this forum? When was the last time you were in PL....as a child?
You don't live there, so nuff said stands.
I seemed capable enough to walk to the fridge for a beer, but fell over my shoe...gleba.

But he seems capable of rational debate so let's see his retort.

Seems you don't need any more beer :D
Over any more shoes, LOL

As i've said a number of times, this topic is a little pointless, of course some Polish are racist, the same as some English are.
It would be totally rediculous to come out and say 'the Polish are not racist' as there are some Polish who are clearly racist, to ignore the racial issues in Poland and sweep them under the carpet is not the way to sort it out. Racism is in Poland like in many European countries. Maybe this denial is part of the problem and a reason why there are no real forward steps toward tackling the issue

Wow, reading comprehension must not be an important quality when choosing moderators for this forum.
So when I move there I can finally speak for the Poles who think like me (majority) finally! Gee thanks for the permission! As you see me being here temporarily is not even relevant as my mentality and Polish ethnicity is, though I grew up with the Polish mentality intact and have as much right to speak for these Poles. I've met SO many here who have no problem speaking without fear of political-correctness or highly espousing multi-culturalism, or without being afraid to speak and question jews, gays, blacks, etc. But according to you none of this matters just because I'm somewhere else?
Polish people have a special affection for blacks.Come to us ******* say all the time.
Tut tut.... Lets resort to poking fun. I thought you were an adult. I know what you said, and you still don't know the majority of Poles.
^Side note: I see so many brits, native speakers for the English language, but by GOD do they suck at their own grammar and spelling.
So tell me then, oh grand master of Poles. :)

Well, that's the British (when did we start discussing Brits?). When's the last time you've walked on water?
You're the only one that claiming to be a grandmaster. You're all over the forum claiming to know everything Polish.

given that most british native speakers have never studied english i think we speak it pretty well. many of us are far better speakers of english than poles, like yourself for example, who have studied it for years and still have trouble mastering it
I was replying to southern, the genius. can you pay attention to what I said?
Yes.. ahem* Must be so tough for you brits learning English from your early years as a child. You get a great education but still can't fair with good grammar on a forum.

we don't but don't deflect the point, the topic is about POLAND and RACISM not ENGLAND and RACISM!!!!!. Trying to deflect the problems in Poland by pointing fingers at the UK is not going to work.

i have generally found that the degree of attention i pay to what a person is saying is directly related to how interesting what they have to say is
legion you are obviously unaware that british children dont study english, it is assumed that they are bright enough to pick it up naturally

Southern is Greek, not British.
I'll take the Pepsi challenge in spelling, grammar or any other aspect of teaching with almost anyone.
Logan, British children DO study English, what r u talking about? It is and has been a part of the syllabus for a long time.

i do not see colour as an object to ability so if the kettle and pot are black then it is of little concern to me
