Orphan Child left by Polish family in the garbage bin shipped to Syria ;(

Hello! I was born in Poland in 1988 according to my passport, I have no biological parents that I know, I grew up believing my parents were Syrians, I lived in Syria after Poland for about 12 years. I mean I dont want to complain I love my life and everything but can anyone give me an answer! why did my Polish family left me near the swear LOL

Just because you were born in Poland doesn't mean your parents were Polish. It's possible your parents were from the middle East and they sent you back home to your ancestors homeland (it would make sense and you should be thankful for them).

It is possible your parents were Syrian. There were a bit of Arabs and North Africans working in Poland as a sort of exchange between socialist and ussr allied countries and vice versa. Quite a few poles went to work in Iraq and Libya during this time. Syria though... idk...

Yea I was safe and thank god! :) but yea like you said maybe my family are from North Africa or something

Do you still have your polish passport? If so you can contact immigration and they may have some records. It may be hard to find out who your parents were esp if they left in the 90s. My prl passport was basically a piece of paper with a stamp and records weren't electronic till late in the 90s and even still they were behind the West at the time.

No actually I have no Polish Citizenship or birth certificate.

Oh is it a syrian passport then I'm assuming that says you're born in Poland?
