In North Praga, Warsaw people are paranoid

WHy do you guys think some of those courtyards inside north praga have people so paranoid if you go in there to take a look as a tourist? Or sight seeyer? Why are they so defensive and agressive? Like they all stare right away or some will try to ask questions or pend you away. Even in Ukraine it is not like that:

Heck I would say even in AMerican hoods its not like that as long as youre minding your own business just hanging out somewhere with a beer wont get threats or death stares. Why are they like that on that Brzeska street in some of those court yards?

Don't go to Brzeska Street. It is not a kind of place for tourists. Or you may have been looking for an "adventure" perhaps?

Well I bet Dirk Dikkler could pull up there with his Hummer and gold chains and be boss. He told me there isn't a single hood in Warsaw so he should just do it and take over. By the way, cant someone just call cops on them if they do something so what can they really do? Plus, cant someone who has balls just pretend to be an undercover cop? Quite right. I would say that they don't like 'gawpers' trespassing on what is essentially private property. Those courtyards are the outdoor areas of people's homes. You wouldn't walk into somebody's garden and wander around admiring their flowers, so why would you think it's ok to poke your nose into a private courtyard?

I don't drive a hummer, I have an Escalade, a glk350 and a Ford truck - thats about 4 5 hummers.

If someone was hanging around my block and I checked them and I don't know them anyone they're with and they're not not buying anything I'd prolly either jack their ass, chase them away too or assume they're 5-0... and even if they're cops **** just gets shut down till they leave.

If they really have the block on lock they'll have kids riding around on bikes reporting movements and dudes always looking out the windows looking for custies and sending out runners. I've seen that once in Poland. Otherwise most polish hoods are dead as hell. Tell me the last time there was a weekend where 50 dudes got shot in Poland? Here that's the norm. Mofos out here aren't playing around.

The last time polish dudes were really with it was the 90s. All the action has moved to w europe now mostly UK where poles run the speed and a lot of the card popping

But this black dude in the video vlogs goes everywhere. Have you seen his vids, I am pretty sure he even rolled into Prada as he does in Ukraine and every country he goes to.

Walking through a hood and just hanging out without a purpose are two different things. That's the same whether you're in the nicest area or the worst hood. Only difference is whether a nosy old wasp with his little dog bothers from the neighborhood watch bothers you or the "block security"

That Brzeska 'hood should have been flattened back in 1945 along with the other half.

It`s not true. Once, despite warnings, I was walking across certain area in central Brooklyn, NYC (the one with S subway route) and somebody threw a bootle at me, it hit the road sign next to me. I turned round to confront that joker but nobody went out.

Defo a naff part of Warsaw.
But despite the continued poverty and decrepid buildings, it is having a revival.
And nowhere near as dangerous as it used to be.

What color were the people there?

S subway route was black. Why?

Those people looked as blacks, but in fact they were white male supremacists dressed up as blacks.
