Multimedia vs dialog internet near Lodz. Opinions wanted

we are getting internet for my wife's mom. She lives in Aleksandrow. The options are Dialog and Multimedia. Which is better. The primary use is Skype video.

Any input is appreciated

Multimedia is ok, I was with them for about 10 years and never had any technical issues bar 2 or 3 breakdowns lasting for a couple of hours each. I've no experience with Dialog but they're a smaller provider so I'm not sure about their technical capabilities.

Oh, and one more thing, the Multimedia helpdesk is easily available (and competent too), I'm with the UPC now and it can be a pain to get through to them.

I have been using Multimedia for 8 years and I like them at all. They gave me a Terayon cable modem which works like a charm.
