Heyah mobile prepaid connection - advice needed on unexplained daily deductions of 3-4 zl

Hello all,

Need an information about heyah connection for mobile. I have been using it for around 3 years. Suddenly I see deductions of about 3-4 zl from my balance every day. How to check what contract I am in, and where? In the site, It is not taking my number for registration (to check balance etc)

Any info will be appreciated.

you must have accepted some sort of paid text message 'service' (where you pay for received text messages) somehow - I guess - you should contact Heyah outlet to determine what 'service' have you switched on and block it (actually I have no idea if Heyah has customer service outlets - I think I have never seen any - maybe they've got an internet customer service - you need to ask further)
