I am trying to send flowers online to my parents in Poland - could someone tell me which is the street number and which is the unit number in this address?

And what would I write next to Region?

Listopad means November, 20-06 sounds like the block then flat number, youre going to need to give a bit more information that that.

Well I know '11 Listopada' is the name of the street, but from the 20-o6 I am not sure which is the block and which is the flat. I am assuming '20' is the block and 'o6' is the flat.

20 is the number of the house/block.
6 is the number of the flat.

Region is not necessary to write if it is not a village or very small town.
