Where in Bydgoszcz can I buy Whey Protein, Smietana, dried meats etc?

Hi guys!

I've been in Bydgoszcz for about a month now, and have managed to find most things that I cook with, but still not sure about a few things!

Whey protein - Is there somewhere online I can order, because the sports shop and my gym are charging whey too much (sorry, I had to) ;)

Smietana/Smietanka and their percentages - Which should I get for making desserts and turning into whipped cream?

Mint Sauce (Colman's) - I used to make 'raita' which requires a little mint sauce, but so far I haven't been able to find this anywhere! :(

Beef Jerky? Dried meats, which aren't Pork (looking for low fat, high protein)

I understand that sometimes you just won't find these things, so be it, if that's the case but so far I've checked Lidl, Alma, Biedronka and Tesco Express, I have yet to check Carrefour and the 'big Tesco' (will be doing this weekend).

you need to buy 30 per cent one for whipped cream - all the other stuff like 12 and 18 per cent is sour in Poland - the 30 per cent cream (aka śmietanka) won't turn sour

Whipped cream is Smietana 30 %, Whey protein shop around online on allegro etc. Mint sauce will be a difficult one once a year Lidl has a British week then they sell it. Beef jerkey can be found in Alma supermarket I think. Hope that helps :)

Baking powder is Proszek do Pieczenia.
Unfortunately you can't buy self raising flour in Poland.
Poles use Baking Powder and/or Bicarbonate of Soda instead.
