Where to buy online credit for PLAY?

Hello, my first message.

I want to buy credit online with my visa or paypal for my friend but i can not find any website to buy. I tried play.pl but it wants me to enter Citizenship ID?

Thank you for that but when i try to buy with my payment card (VISA) it wants me to put ''Pesel'' but i dont have that :(

PESEL? I didn't know about it. I have no Play number to check how is it working. Just ask google about: doładowania play - you can get some dealers sites.

I don't think there any. Certainly none that take PayPal etc. And the ones that take visa need a pesel. I'm surprised they don't want an insid leg measurement grandparents' first names and the address of three reliable witnesses.
