Yes, all spiders must die! I hate them all, especially the one in my kitchen sink at the moment preventing me from doing the dishes! Big fecker is too large to be drowned by tap water:( Now im preparing my deodrant can and lighter to fashion some kind of flame gun to kill him.

What about fat fleas in British houses?
Hidden deeply in old and stinking mattresses?
Who jumps sometimes form one dirty pillow to second?
No photos?
What a pity.

Fleas are a pain in the you-know-where. What you should do is vacuum and put some bug spray on the floors.

Apparently there's a bit of an epidemic of them at the moment. I got bitten while staying at a friend's in London not long ago. The household was a Polish one, and they were all bitten too.

On the subject of bugs in Poland, I remember a dezinsekcja company knocked on my door in Warsaw offering their services. I refused, because I didn't have any cockroaches. About half an hour later, I saw the lady who knocked putting cockroaches under my neighbour's door!

No, what you do is land-mine the place. Trust me, after that there will be no more fleas.

You can use thermal energy to fry the little buggers.

Actually there is a thing called the flea bomb , its a kid of smoke grenade , you light it , and get the hell out of the house , making sure you take any pets , fish and plants out of the place...it will kill everything...!

I used to have a problem with my cats bringing in fleas in my warm house in the UK , but it was easy enough to get rid of them...

In my home in Poland it seems to be too cold for fleas , and i only need to put stuff on the cats to keep away tics...This is more of a problem in the forest areas...

I was in my bathroom the other day looking about and it occurred to me how few bugs I have in my house. And I thought gee, those spiders must have nothing to eat. What the heck do they do for food as there aren't any bugs around for them to feed off? Just then it occurred to me, that there aren't any bugs around because yes...THE SPIDERS EAT THEM!!! OF COURSE!!

Ive taken plenty of ticks off my pets, May seems to be the worst month, front line last for three months for flees but only a month for ticks.

Killing a spider is extremely bad luck. Spiders are good for you.

Thank you good people. I had the long legged one marching on my bathroom wall this morning but before I could get a glass to catch him and throw him outside - he hid behind the cabinet...

Silverfish disintegrate when you put water on them. At least the kind over here do.

I don't see them too often, but I'll experiment next time I see one. Hmmm, I thought they can come in through the pipes too, especially in the bathroom.

Maybe I used hot water? I don't remember. I haven't seen them in a long time.

When I was in Lublin, I was nearly bitten to death by numerous mosquitos. I returned home, with my legs looking as though I had the measles :(
