Budapest or Warsaw/Krakow - which would be a better place for a designer life?

Hey people,
I am going to decide where i should live for next year as soon as possible. I've been living in Warsaw for more than 8 months, i still have 2 months. I came to Warsaw for learn english and i started first step for my euro trip with education. I am going to study design (graphic, media or web) if you compared Budapest and Warsaw, where would be better place for a designer life. I need a cultural life, i concern with theathre, visual arts, so muchhhh music and travelling.

In my opinon, if i stayed in Warsaw, it certianly would be better place to get used to people and culture, i am still bit used to speak polish and polish culture but, i do feel that warsaw doesn't enough for me. i used to live in Istanbul, if you visited istanbul, you should know how much better than Warsaw

imagine i lived in Budapest for next years i would have a lot of new experiences. you think better way is go and stay?

obviously, i am more close to stay here however, everything can change in a minute.

Budapest. It pains me to say it because Warsaw is home and a great place, but you'll find a lot more in Budapest. I think you know that already.

thanks for your opinion but, there ara two thins what i should decide

1. education quality
2. life style and good opportunity

if i think education quality there is a schoul it has better classes for three years which name is warsaw school of photography and graphic design

if i think life style obviously, there is not much think in warsaw

Both feed into each other. Easier to get the best out of your studies in a better environment,, and though I like Warsaw, I think Budapest is the better city.

Do you plan on learning Hungarian? It's far more difficult to pick up than Polish though the women might be a motivator for you. A lot of the younger generation will speak English to some degree or German, but don't expect anyone to speak any form of English in any shops like you do in Warsaw. Corruption is fairly rampant and don't expect to go far unless you make a friend in Fidesz.

The people are colder, a bit more selfish, and westernized (obsession with brand names). Apartments in Budapest will be far less expensive, check ingatlan.com - expats typically live in District II, District V, District VI, and District IX. Services such as cell phones will be more expensive and expect a lot more red tape. They love their blue stamps more than the Polish.

Budapest is a far superior city and you will definitely have a lot more to do and more inspiration as a designer, but I've found Polish people are far more honest and better people overall. A lot in changing here in Hungary, but you will find a lot more of the young are going abroad these days than before...
