A big guy controlling parking spaces in Warsaw

Near where I live which is old town in Warsaw and difficult to find parking there is this big guy who is standing outside all day and controlling parking places. I think he takes money from people and is acting like a big boss man of this parking lot. He is basically lying or intimidating ppl to pay him I saw him point at an open spot and ppl just drove by.anyway I called the cops or militia here and they said they won't even look into him unless he did it to me directly and I called. Now here is where my curiousity gets me. What if I told them I saw him rake money from ppl? Do you think the polish authorities would care then?

I heard about this guy. He directs drivers to empty spaces and then requests a little donation. You don`t need to give it if you don`t want to. It is much worse in Italy where youth gangs prey on tourists and are very cruel to their cars when not sponsored.

so the parking lot gang leader in old town warsaw is at it again

I actually captured him in action shaking down a turd worlder from india or pqkistan or bengladesh or something with his family. he was trying to make it like he was saving him from his underling so he ended up paying:

he is still right now there swindling people or threatening them with one of his boys (the one with a hat) and he was literally trying to control this entire pakring lot. He was even telling cars just driving through to stop or when and where they can park like he owes the whole lot. Not only that but I saw him standing with his arms folded and I think blocking a guy from going back to his car because maybe he didnt have change or refused to pay or something.

Forgive him, he was in a bad mood, everybody is from time to time, he just learned that his wife had cheated on him.


That blocked guy had been rude to another driver, they had argued over a a free space, and the parking carer just wanted him to apologise. Simple.

What about pepper spraying him right in the eyeball next time? Im surprised someone hasn't given him a beat down yet......
