Just dug that one out. I am personally not into metal, but Behemoth has been a symbol of the underground resistance in Poland against the present ultra catholic, undemocratic, intolerant groups.

Here is an interview with Orion, another member of Behemoth. There are a few more and he comes across as a very articulate person.

Are you kidding?

Are you kidding?

In case someone doesn't know why I'm asking, I elaborate.

I'm not a religious person myself but calling an act of destroying religious symbols, regardless if this is Bible or Koran or any other sacred book a "resistance against intolerance", must be a sarcastic joke.

no, I am not kidding. This is just an example of the people who don't follow the main stream in Poland and they are loud about that. So what?

you seem to have missed the point of that. That is too bad. That is part of Poland too, isn't it? Missing the point so often.

Main stream? Don't make me laugh. Now the main stream is to be anti-religious, don't you know that? Probably a fake rebellion to become a hero for teens. Wow, what a nonconformism!

No, I have not. Burning Bible is a very telltale act. Act of destroying is an act of hate in my dictionary and probably in a dictionary of any other objective person too.

I asume you are speaking for yourself, stop the personal remarks if you have nothing else to say on the matter.

Behemoth is respected by Serbian alternative groups that worship rodoverie (old common Slavic religion)
