My bf's visa expired and we want to marry in the UK

Hey guys, maybe some of you have experiences like this and hopefully will give me some answers.

My boyfriend is indian living in the U.K. for last 7 years. I live in Poland and don't really wanna move, at least not for long. His visa expired 3 years ago but he stayed anyway. Of course we'd like to be together but it's getting more and more difficult with brexit coming. We decided to get married, guess it's the only way for us to stay together. Of course it's gonna have to happen in the U.K. cause he can't go anywhere. But eventually I'd like him to stay in Poland.

Yeah, we went to a lawyer but we didn't get all the answers we need. Does any of you know a case like this? Or maybe know how it works and can tell me step by step what we need to do? And is it even possible for us to go and live in Poland together eventually?

He has outstayed his visa by three years in the UK, and getting married to some Polish bird isnt going to 'fix' that.

OP must carry some major baggage to not find a single man in a nation of 38 Million and instead get stuck forced marriage with an Indian. I hope you are at-least over the age of 40 to be this desperate. I mean Europe has 743 Million people and this gal has resorted to marrying a guy from halfway across the world! :0

But you're not together now. You've lived apart for seven years. I don't see what difference Brexit makes either. It doesn't have any affect on your situation at all. You're an EU citizen and he's an illegal immigrant in any country where he doesn't have a valid work permit/visa. Brexit has nothing to do with it.

Sometimes laws are in place to safeguard gullible people. He's a non-Western foreigner that has been living illegally for 3 years (so at best some sort of underground work) and he's gonna one day not only function but even work in Poland? Odds are the guy is never going to learn Polish well enough to hold a worthwhile job. Cut your losses and move on, you're gonna get stuck with a permanent welfare recipient for a husband.

You mean, you didn't get the answers you wanted to hear. Sorry, but there is no way that anyone is going to consider this "marriage" as anything but a sham to circumvent immigration policy.

He shouldn't be in the UK, and he will never enter Poland. They'd stop him at the border and it's a shame they haven't found him before that. And when they do find him, he'll be sent back to India and probably be barred from entering the EU for years if not his whole life.

Do yourself a favour and find someone who lives locally and isn't a law breaker. How you expect an illegal to raise children legitimately is beyond me.

there are no border controls when you leave the UK and arrive in Poland by bus (ok there are but they are incidental)
