Virtual Polish Mobile Number

I'm looking for a provider who can offer a virtual polish mobile number not a local number.
Did anybody has made experiences with that?

What is a virtual number?

a virtual mobile phone number is an online number. So you can send and recieve sms via the internet.

It is a number that creates the illusion someone is in Poland when they are not...

Now, which one is true?

If it is only for friends and family when not download skype on your mobile?

You can get a Poland VOIP number which allows you to call and receive Polish numbers anywhere in the World at local rates - I have a UK one setup in my office for my work.

But as for a virtual mobile phone number I have never heard of this.

Skype will give you a phone number of your choice. I have a Californian number, for instance.

you can have a virtual mobile number - any polish network / any number ...all you need is someone in poland who has got a broadband connection.

there is a handy little device out there , which takes any sim card ... and makes it accesable over the net from anywhere in the world , allowing you to make/receive calls as if still in poland ... whilst not paying any roaming fees ,,,, as if still in poland .
