I have come to Poland for study. I have got type-D polish national visa for 1 year and I don't have temporary residence card.
I recently applied in a university in Austria. Probably, they will accept me.
Now, if I cancel my admission in the university in Poland and try to get my tuition fee back before I get the Austrian visa, would there be any trouble for me? Would I be stripped off of my Polish visa? What is the Polish immigration rule in this case?
Please, I need some advice.
Another question is, in Germany and Austria, universities strongly monitor attendances of students.
What is the rule about foreign students not attending classes and exams in Poland?
