Hi all,

I'm looking to open a restaurant in Poznan and was wondering if someone can help me with some information.

What type of permits do i need ( i do plan on selling beer)?

Pay roll and payroll tax? is the a difference between hiring students and someone full time?

At what tax rate should i do the menu?

Utility cost (average per month)?

what are the max hours of work per week if i hire someone full time?

what's the price of square meter if I'm leasing a place? what is the minimum lease i can do (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 years)?

what is the current interest rate on loan from bank for a restaurant?

what is a good place to purchase restaurant equipment in Poznan (do they have a website)?

i believe this is the last information i need to complete business plan

any addition information I'm missing please let me know

thanks

Phil

If your idea about doing this kind of research is asking random anonymous clowns on some internet forum for detailed answers about complex questions, you are at least five years away from even thinking about opening up a restaurant. Opening up a restaurant is a high-risk, high capital business move that even under the best of circumstances takes years to pay off. It requires an enormous investment of money, time, work and deep, serious thought. Your post betrays a major shortage of the last.
