Hi there, I am a Portuguese girl and I just moved to Wrocław for work and I need to register in the city and get a PESEL number but I don't know exactly which office I should go to do both things at the same time. I know it should be at the City Hall somewhere but this has several buildings around the city and I don't know which I should go. Can someone help me out?

The PESEL number will be done at the same place where your landlord takes you to get your maldunek (i.e. the gmina office, not city hall). The registration will be at the local foreigners office.
