Question about Polish public nudity law

If you invite a girl over in Poland and get naked in fromt of her or walka round your own home naked, would it be against the law due to exposure or whatever that law is called? but if its in ur own home and theyre guests wouldnt you be allowed to particularly since womne do it all the time esp in movies. just start tsking their clothes off without asking ready for sex. like say you started taking your clothes off to get her in the mood slowly. 'Child pornography' while widely used, does suggest that the child is complicit.
Whereas the truth is that they are abuse victims, same as child prostitutes.
I suppose it is 'PC' but that is not necessarily a bad thing, if more people become aware of the difference between 'pornography' and 'abuse'...

Wouldn't the details of why he was kicked out of the US have been passed on to Poland? I was assuming he's under some kind of passive observation (or would be if the police were more competent)

Part of his shtick here is to provoke outrage, why give it to him? He and his fixations are boring and the quicker he realizes that the better the chance that he'll look for the type of psychoanalytic help he needs.

This is the beauty of the National sex registry in the U.S.
Anyone convicted of a sex crime goes on it for life.
Your picture, name, age, what you were convicted of and your present address.
If you really do have this creeps name run it through California's sex registry and see what comes up.
If you get a hit on it please post it here for all of us to see.
We can go from there to work with the Polish Police to have him arrested for being a habitual offender of being a danger to children.

When I type in his first name and surname nothing shows up. But there's a disclaimer on this site that the registry may not be complete. Also, he appealed to the court in California not to be put on the sex offender registry and I don't know how that ended because the opinion of the court on this matter isn't published in full (you have to pay to see it whole or sth). So I guess it's possible he isn't listed at all?

Not sure how this matters though - there are articles about his cases, his mug shots - it all matches his story on PF and his photos that he posted here.

Under meaganslaw all sex offenders have to register with there local Police departments whenever they change residence or face arrest and jail term.One can also go to local PD and get there list with adresses.Nowadays you can go on white pages.com and get it also.

O WELL, I think peadophilic rapists have to register with the local police in Poland too after they're out of jail or sth, but I'm not sure...

Btw, actually there is a sex offender registry in Poland since not long ago - but it's just the beginning. It apparently lists only the most serious offenders and not all of them can be viewed by everyone (it's better than nothing though and I welcome this change). Here it is:
