Guys, i really need your help. I am from Turkey and I just moved to Gdansk and get married with my feoncee. We get married last weekend and we want to appy for temporary residence. But from wojewodzwo they said you can apply 2 months later after marriage. But my visa ends on 15th march.

1- can they deport me even when i am married with Polish ?

2- how i can stay here ? ( Because of law i can get 3 months visa just 1 time within 180 days )

I've already find a job in here and i want to settle in here and have a family. Pls help me what to do :(

Thank you !!!

Yes, you should ask for advice to embassy or some other place. If they tell you, that that illegal staying can cause some problem with residence permit, then just go for this 2 months to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine. You should be able to go to one or more of this places without Visa. Kaliningrad is close, they must have some cheap hostels there and you can make yourself vacation.

But from wojewodzwo they said you can apply 2 months later after marriage.

That's a new one to me. Have you tried asking them to tell you, in writing, the legal basis for that position?
