I dont understand this structure . Most of the people who apply for Tempopary Residence Permit are non polish, How would they know how to fill in polish languages when english should be fine. Its just a hassle trying to find a translator to translate few sentence from english to polish in the application form.

They might as well use free google translate website but i doubt it ll be correct sentence.

Let me get this straight, you are trying to obtain a Temporary Residence Permit in Poland and you are surprised that they require you to fill out the form in Polish?

Just spitballing here but maybe they require you to have a basic grasp of Polish before they allow you to reside there, you know, so that you can integrate into the local society and be able to buy basic amenities.

Speaking is not the problem, writing is much harder .

Just fill it in any way you want; if they don't like your grammar, they are perfectly welcome to correct it.

Given that when Poles move overseas, they clearly want the option of Polish language forms to fill in, why shouldn't Poles extend the same option to foreigners in Poland?

maybe they require you to have a basic grasp of Polish before they allow you to reside there,

a) No they don't.
b) They couldn't legal require that from foreigners anyway.
