Is there such a thing as a family visa for Poland?

Can anyone advise if their is such a thing as a family visa - a visa permitting residence maybe even employment in poland .

I am UK citizen with very young 2 year old Polish child

My daughter lives with her mother. .. I currently visit every 2 weeks... which is when my daughter stays with me in my flat.

Things r alright now... but come a few years time when we've (Britain ) has left .. they might not be

I am not zameldowanied ((landlord has problems paying tax so doesn't want to help me to zameldowat - )but have registered as a Europeanunion citizen for residence puporses a couple of months ago .

I have not got a pesel number so am not fully in the Polish system - which I'd like to be b4 Britain formally says bye bye in 2 years or so time.

Supposing i wasn't british - but from somewhere else where a visa is required - would a father such as myself be able to get a residence / maybe work visa ?

The 'family' visa to Poland exist and works for foreigners who have right to the family reunion, their case was positively verified in Poland, and who obtained temporary residence permit from Polish Voivode.

This permit is granted for the spouse of a Polish citizen, a minor child from relationship and also for family members (spouse and underage kids) of a foreigner residing in Poland. The marriage which must be valid and recognised by Polish law.
