Hi guys,
Apologies for spamming. But I have a question very important to me.
I am an non-EU citizen (Indian) with EU Blue card living in PL. Post the demise of my father, I am solely responsible for care taking of my mother. I have a Polish spouse and was wondering if my mother can be included under the family as per the Polish family Law.
So far, as per PL laws - family is only a spouse and minor children. However, I came across the following link of Polish embassy in US which states that "Parents can apply for temporary residence permits issued due to other circumstances (family ties)"
Source: msz.gov.pl/en/p/waszyngton_us_a_en/waszyngton_us_a_en_consular_information_2/illegal_entry_consequences/marraige_reunification/
I am unsure on what it means.
Taking care of ageing mother is very important for me, and I want to bring her to PL so that I can do my duties. Any help/guidance is highly appreciated.
Many regards,
