Poland student visa refusal - 'intention to leave'

The pseudo schools are open for the same reason as such schools are open in the UK. They are willing to give students Mickey Mouse evidence of being a student. The schools take a cut, the student can get a job legally and all is well in the world.

These schools are starting to focus more heavily on poor Asian countries like Pakistan and even Bangladesh, hoping to attract wealthier recruits with the lure of a way in to Europe.

I agree! There are schools like that all over the world. I'm already stuck in one and my intention was to go to a better school and yet here i am again *facepalm*

These schools are crooks. They exploit their students who at best get useless "diplomas" and they fool Polish authorities.

Understand all firstly Visa officer is an electronic machine they are all like us . Visa officers are not our God . They have feeling like sadness, angry and happiness. They can accept your visa if you know him personally . Its all at their hand whether they will denied your visa or accepted. During your Visa interview you will be rejected if they were angry or fighting at their home. This is true and its happen all the time.

Visa is 100% not depends on your documents its Visa officer decision. If you are one of the Visa officer's relatives or family members there is nothing to reject your Visa its all simple. heheh. If have right to stamp for accept or denied. Why you all are so much worried about the Visa.

If you know one of the Visa officer who is interviewer , just go and meet him and pay some amount so your visa is over its accepted . Its so simple. The reason is if you have all original documents like ITR, Invitation Letter , NOC, Confirm ticket, enough bank balance also still they will denied you sometimes its not 100% sure . you may ask yourself why?. I don't know because Visa officer stamp for denied that's it. Heheh.

Visa is for 100% politics. Its one of the best income source for their own country to use for the development . Visa should be always before the college admission or before the paying Visa fees, SEVIS fee, or College fees.

Why the college accepts student and pay the fees and why the Visa not accepted??. Answer this question Please. Is not a politics??.

Why the Visa officers check our passport for travel history?. Why they rejected Visa if there is no travel history??. They will simply rejected Visa sometimes because the passport is fresh . Who will stamp Visa on passport if all the embassy say that passport is fresh??. Passport will be 100% fresh if none of the embassy stamp on the passport . Then why the Visa officer check for the travel history??. It's all funny to know that the world is playing politics.

Answer again its simple question: why the Visa officers not accepted Visa when the colleges accepted the student and to pay full fees??. Why??. what is the reason. Give me the answer , I will give you 4 Lacs Indian Money immediately. I mean to say that its wrong that all the government allow to do this system.

Visa should be before the college admission or visa fee.

You should appeal against the Visa refusal if you are 100% sure that you have all valid and original documents. There is nothing to scare them .

Visa officers are not an electronic machine they have feelings like sadness and angry so when they got angry at home they will denied your Visa during your interview.

I got refused student visa after paying the tuition fee and I am already enrolled. The reasons are no justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not provided and my intention to leave the country before the expiry of the visa could not be determined. In a situation whereby the school sent an acceptance letter, a guarantor in the country I am residing signed a letter to that effect do you think it will change the student visa refusal if I appeal with these documents attached? I need HELP.

It might help however first of all you need to contact the university admissions tutor right away. It looks like you may have got the paperwork wrong and admissions tutors and their staff - my partner is such a person - are used to this sort of thing. Which university are you going to study at?

Hi I recently applied for polish work visa I already have a work permit from Poland. I'm going there as an aupair nd since there's no aupair visa for Poland I was advised by the embassy to apply work visa but today mt visa was denied with reason being 1:I did not justify the purpose or terms of the intended stay. I would like advise on whether to appeal and if there are any chances the decision might change. Thanks

On what basis would you base your appeal? What error do you believe the consul made? Your question is very vague and lacks important details. Also, where are you from, and which passport do you hold?

The person is probably Ukrainian and she was denied a visa because the proposed wages were too low. Ukrainias in Poland may receive one of the two types of work permit.

Almost certainly a waste of time. An appeal is not a "second chance". When you lodge an appeal, you have to provide positive evidence that the consul who refused your request violated the law. What do you think the consul did that was not in accordance with the law?
