So, I wanna to open a nice site of exclusive clothing, maybe part of them hand-made. With shoes and accessoires. All the goods may be ordered, so it'll be not a real shop - no rent, BUT there will be a warehouse for some goods, but not large, so it'll probably rent a 2-roomed flat, 1 room for living and 2nd room will be some kind of warehouse. I almost do not know polish - but I can learn it.. I'm 21 years girl, from Belarus, Minsk. So what documents I exactly need for starting my business and how much of taxes should I pay as a foreigner?... and If I have no ability to live in Poland the whole year, just coming from time to time, but wanna to pay all the needed taxes. maybe I'll come for learning polish language for being there not just from time to time. I have experience of that business in Belarus and it's rather sucessful. Help me please to learn about it, if links r attached - more thanks)
P.S. but the only city I wanna to live or study in is Gdansk
why not sell online? for example on mybaze and see how it goes.
If you do not have karta polaka starting business in Poland is more expensive.
Without karta polaka you can start limited liability company in Poland but I do not think it will be suitable for you at this point.
Alternatively you can find a polish business partner. I have business partner in Belarus and we have transport company in Poland and Belarus. If you wish he can call you and explain your options. He is form Belarus.
Why not just register the company in your home country? As this is internet based you can still live in Poland but have the company registered in Belarus.
But maybe since they are not part of the EU there would be some barriers? Not sure about this.
So that's the trouble - if i'll register it in Belarus - I may have some limits about everything.. I wanna to pay taxes to poland - that's the only meaning.. And I do not know if it s possible to register in Belarus and to pay taxes to poland? though all the commercial activity will be made in POLAND.
Yes, sole trader will be the best variant, cos I'll work on my own, sometimes paying for the administrator of the site - but he is not full working, just rarely if smth happens wrong, probably I'll have also a courier, or delivering by post on my own )
And! If i'll register as a sole trader - so what documents I should have?... and anyway - will it be possible to live in Poland if I ll be registered as a sole trader?
really - for living there I even can go to the University for courses of polish or smth like that. Will it be possible to register everything that if I'll be studying on such courses? Is it possible to get polish nationality, maybe with limits, but anyway - IF I'll BUY A FLAT THERE or another "nieruchomość"?
And! If i'll register as a sole trader - so what documents I should have?... and anyway - will it be possible to live in Poland if I ll be registered as a sole trader?
A little out of my range. Perhaps some of the usually very helpful people on PF will reply to ya. Anyways, best of luck with it!
Anyway thanx a lot ) Will be waiting) If u'll have someone to help me - please send me contacts, if possible, skype or fb - just anything - Great Thanx for that too )
Emilija, if nobody will be able to help you here then try this forum: rosjanie.pl/forum/
It's a forum for Russians living in Poland but Ukrainians and Belarusians write there too so maybe they'll be able to give you some information and help. There are sections like, for example: "РАБОТА В ПОЛЬШЕ / Бизнес / Экономика / Торговля" and "ЗАКОНЫ (ПМЖ, ВНЖ, репатриация, визы, таможня, документы)".
Thanks a lot! ) If anyone will be able to help me with my question - please contact me by the skype: la_solitude_ Will be very pleased.thanx a lot for ur answer)
R u sure about that? I've heard more positive information..
positive
non eu nationals generally cannot register as self employed in poland there are exceptions such as karta polaka holders or those resident for family reasons or americans but not belarusians
Lawyers charges from Euro 1500- Euro 3000 depending on registration.
not in the real world perhaps on pf when youre trying to exploit foreigners but not in the real world
- virtual office (approx. Euro 400 yearly)
not in the real world can be done for much less if you shop around
And will it be rentable if i'll ask a polish to register a company on his name and then just to buy controlling interest of the company.. Will it be normal?
