Hello everyone, I have question. I want make papers for open company in Poland and my resident card will finish after one week and for waiting for new card I need near 3 month , so if I will can't open this company in one week can I open later with passport or I can't without resident card? Sole trader - individual business activity in Poland by a non-EU citizen

Hi guys,

I have a temporary residence permit in Poland due to working in a company in Poland. I'm a non-EU citizen. Do I have right to open a sole trader activity in Poland? If I can open it, do I need to pay for ZUS if my employer already pays for it? Can I pay taxes and others without working with a attorney/accountant?
