You don't need Visa, but you need to fill some application:

A family member of an EU/EEA/Swiss citizen who is in possession of a residence permit indicating their status is exempt from the requirement to hold a visa when entering the European Union, European Economic Area or Switzerland when they are accompanying their EU/EEA/Swiss family member or are seeking to join them.[65] However the UK requires family members to obtain an EEA Family Permit in order to enter the UK.[66]

You don't need it as long as you have Residency Permit and some "European Economic Area Family Permit"

Non-EU/EEA/Swiss citizen Family members A family member of an EU/EEA/Swiss citizen who is in possession of a residence permit indicating their status is exempt from the requirement to hold a visa when entering the European Union, European Economic Area or Switzerland when they are accompanying their EU/EEA/Swiss family member or are seeking to join them.[67] However the UK requires family members to obtain an EEA Family Permit in order to enter the UK.[68

/wiki/Visa_policy_of_the_United_Kingdom#Entry_and_stay_conditions_for_the_EU.2FEEA.2FSwiss_citizens

And about the "European Economic Area Family Permit:

Family members of EU, EEA and Swiss citizens who are not covered by one of the visa exemptions above can apply for an EEA Family Permit free of charge (instead of a visa).[18]

You don't need permit to work, because UK is in EU. Read details on these pages

Hi I am non EU on working permit living in UK with my Polish Husband. I've been to Poland once on 2014 using a shengen visa. Now that I am married to Polish, Do i still need a visa to visit Poland with my husband for few days?

so i will travel alone for 2 weeks and back to Poland! so im not sure what i need ( visa or EEA permit??) :

The EEA permit is more like a vetting process. It is for free but you are not guaranteed to receive it. If your spouse is not exercising her

freedom to work rights within the E.U, then they might deny you the permit.

Also what do I need to do after we get married to be able to work in uk ?

Why don't you guys search on UK immigration forums like immigrationboards and ukresident?
You will find many posts on EEA family permits that can help you all.
UKBA doesn't care much what people in Brussel say.
Just reading one post on ukresident ,similar to what you guys have posted, clearly shows
that it's not as simple as what the EU directive says.
