Rehiring a foreigner with EU Blue Card - Poland employment situation

Hi,

I posses an EU Blue card and left my Polish employer to my home country about a month ago due to some family emergency. The contract was terminated on mutual agreement. However, the employer is willing to hire me back if I have decided to be back.

What is the process and in what time frame I must get this sorted?

I read Somewhere, source of which I don't remember, that a person can join employee which sponsored work permit after a buffer period (3 months), provided the contract was terminated on mutual terms.

Any information would be helpful and much appreciated.
