First time I hear you can do that without having a PESEL. Based on what document they will register your car? Your passport?
When I imported my car years ago from Belgium when I moved here, my Pesel was surely needed.

The last few times I've registered my car the office have been most interested in my maldunek. The passport they want to see only as proof of ID but the maldunek is what decides how long they will register the car for.

When I imported my car years ago from Belgium when I moved here, my Pesel was surely needed.

Perhaps that was because you needed to pay tax on it? All I know is that I bought a car and have registered it a few times and have never once needed to give them my PESEL number.

how that ((harry)) and where i have to go??

Simple: you go to your local vehicle licensing office with the ownership papers, your passport and your maldunek.

Well that could be the reason, because I did have to pay taxes on importing my own car.

Your vehicle registration does indeed expire when your visa ends. Once you have your new residency permit you can get a new maldunek and then with that you can renew the vehicle registration. They do that immediately and for a very small fee.

My visa will be ends in August .. So i have to back to my country then i will back again here((poland)) in October,

Why not simply renew your residency permit in Poland? Are you sure you can even get a second visa outside Poland?

Yes, I have the same.

Both of you of course mean "meldunek" :).
Harry, why don't you see the sense of having a Pesel number? The first thing I did when I arrived in Poland, was to get a meldunek, Pesel and Nip...

No way I could have cleared my own car through customs without my Pesel.

i didnt if you own the car for over 2 years before and bring it to poland you dont have to,only change lights according to polish requirements cost was like 150pln.

We are talking about pre-EU times. The situation was different then. Btw I never had to change my lights, it just required mountains of red tape and a lot of patience.
