Any possibility to stay in Poland - refugee status in Germany denied (I am Muslim)

Dear sir/madam

i recently arrived in Germany with my family on a tourism visa, but we r planning to stay. we have 3 months of visa stay, and i still have 5 weeks more.

i asked for refugee status in Germany but it was denied. we are from Djibouti, a small place near Somalia. my doubts are:
1 - what are my chances if i decide to go Poland? 2 - what benefits the gov can give me? 3 - i am Muslim, so given my religion, can i ask for refugee residency? 4 - which mosques can give me home until i settle?

please advise.

1- your chances are zero, because in the EU you have to register as a refugee in the country of arrival, which is Germany. Every other country will just tell you to go to Germany. But since they already denied you, you just have to go back to Somalia.

Do you speak German? If so, your chances might well be greater than if not:-) While visa status can be denied for any number of reasons, target language ability in the language of the country to which you have emigrated can only strengthen your chances!
