New Cars registered in poland is not tax free. IF only you export the cars , then you can claim the VAT from poland. But if you drive it here and register it here, you have to pay tax.

I just found out that as a non-eu citizen the car prices tax is excluded for me, which means when buying a new car for 100k pln %18 is cut and that means the final price is 82k pln.

Only if you're buying new and to export, which means you'll pay tax when you import.
